Monsters are real. Those things, that go bump in the night, the creepy shadow in the cupboard...Real, and more than likely a demon. But if monsters are real, we’d know about them! I hear you say, well, sometimes, mankind is better off not knowing. After all, what you don’t know won’t kill you right? Don’t answer that...
Vampires, demons, fairies, pixies, werewolves, sprites, ghouls, ghosts, if you’ve seen it on TV it’s probably real. Why has no one announced this to the world? Because mankind is not ready for this, or so the Vatican have decided. Linked with every government in the world the Vatican began their holy crusade to police, control and hide the supernatural world from the fragile eyes and ears of the world. They created The Fifth, a highly skilled and highly top secret agency. So far, they have been pretty successful. Of course, there have been slip ups, big foot for instance, the occasional missing persons, unexplained phenomenon. These little hiccups are nothing too serious, but occasionally, the supernatural world gets a little too big for its boots, and chaos ensues.
The Fifth went through allot of changes during the 20th century, mainly the alliances with the Council, and a group of supernatural beings who joined forces to assist in keeping the supernatural world under wraps and under control. The Council are not well liked by the Vatican and the alliance is shaky to say the least, yet The Council and The Fifth try to work together.
So, whose side are you on? Mankinds? The myths and the monsters? Or do you choose to be neutral? Whatever side you pick, be prepared to have some kick ass, brain popping, eye rolling demonic crazy fun.
