Welcome to the Academy. We are a cross between a boarding school and a college, located within quite a large town- one that covers an entire island- with lots to do and friendly citizens.
However, there are three rules you should know:
Not everybody here is human.
Nobody here is "normal".
The teachers can be positively LETHAL.
The Academy is a training ground for two organizations who police many of the different various dimensions- one desiring to exterminate all evil, another who wishes to preserve a balance between good and evil. Nobody at this Academy gets in on anything but earning it; the people here deal heavily with magic and otherworldy things. Their very city is one that switches dimensions of existance itself. To attend this Academy one must leave all they know behind them. Will you dare to become one of us?

Our magical school rp is rated PG-13; it is newly open and seeking active members, as well as experienced pople to help out the site. There is a three-sentence word limit and several different races to make your character from; as well as a student orientation that should help people understand everything they need to know in order to play. At least one member is the staff checks the site regularly every day, so questions can be answered quite quickly.
